Ice/Snow Storm . . . .Florida Style!!!

The end of January we had a "snow/ice" storm hit Pensacola, there was real snow a little north of us, but we just got a lot of sleet and ice! It was FREEZING for this Florida family. The kids had a blast being at home from school for 3 days, we roasted marshmellows, ate smores, watched movies and had popcorn, sat by the fires that daddy would build, and then played in the "snow." After being stuck in the house for a few days because us Pensacolians don't know how to move around in those weather conditions, we were glad to be able to leave the house once the ice was melted. It was a memorable time for the kiddos!

Day 5 Last morning at the Disney World Resort

 On our last morning we had a character breakfast at the Polynesian Resort with Stitch and friends. Even on the last day, Maddox didn't want the characters to touch her and mommy had to be in all the pics with her. She would get so excited until they actually got right to her, then she would freak out ;) Colin on the other hand was the total opposite, he LOVED all the attention from the characters!

 

After breakfast we went to Downtown Disney one last time, we were so sad our trip was ending! We are ready to go back, C and M ask all the time "when are we going back to Disney??"
